{Week 1 Vegetable Bonus: Sweet Potatoes}

I've never eaten sweet potatoes besides the french-fry version, so again, this was another big step for me! My mom made these delicious Twice Baked Bourbon Hazelnut Sweet Potatoes with our Thanksgiving dinner and they were SOOO good! Check out the recipe below! Seriously, how could these not sound good?

Hi, I'm Cassie. I am a self-proclaimed, VERY, picky eater. I spent my childhood eating a select handful of foods, my early and mid 20's "learning to like new foods" (but not much in terms of veggies...) Now in my late 20's I'm teaching myself to like vegetables. Or at least attempting... ;)
